SeaHelp - The Breakdown Service at Sea

SeaHelp App offers skippers the ability to request professional assistance promptly in case of breakdowns or emergencies in Croatia, Slovenia, Northern Italy, and the Balearic Islands. By activating the application, users can send an SMS to the SeaHelp operations center with their current coordinates and contact information. SeaHelp operations center will then contact the skipper to gather more details and provide necessary support.

This service caters to all skippers in the specified areas, with priority given to SeaHelp members in case of multiple emergency calls. It is essential to note that this service is not a substitute for traditional emergency protocols at sea but rather an additional resource.

The SeaHelp emergency call function does not require an internet connection. However, roaming charges may apply when abroad; users are advised to check with their service provider for rates related to SMS and phone services in foreign countries.

Non-SeaHelp members requiring assistance will be billed according to the pricelist on the SeaHelp website at www.sea-help.eu. Users are encouraged to review this information before using the application for the first time.
